First time customer with Italian Luxury Group and I’ll just start off by saying how incredible this shopping experience has been. If you want to be treated like a valued customer, shop with this company because I have never been so WOW-ed by a company with their incredible after sale service. You are seen and valued as a customer and not just another sale.
It started off like any other online purchase. A luxury tennis bag with embroidery for a birthday present. At checkout there was an option to leave notes and I just left a quick note saying it’s for a birthday and hoping to get it within a week and that was it, I didn’t give it a second thought. Soon after I was emailed by the customer care team advising the acknowledgement of my note and they will do their best to prioritise the order and have it shipped asap.
The item was shipping off incredibly fast and I was always kept up to date with the shipment by the customer care team.
The bag was received well packaged and my friend absolutely loves the bag and the embroidery was a great personal touch!
I would highly recommend shopping with the Italian Luxury group and I know for sure I will be in the near future.
